NZ研修記ー派遣日程半分を終えて

ニュージーランドの姉妹校であるエレスメア・カレッジでの研修の前半を終えたところです。校長先生、指導者、コーディネーターの方々の温かい歓迎を受け、ここでの生活が始まりました。南校生たちはエレスエルスメアの授業を受け、積極的に取り組んでいます。ホストファミリーと生活し、兄弟姉妹として、家族の一員として暮らしています。今週は、日本文化を紹介するセッションがあります。このプログラムは、単なる語学学習ではなく、生徒たちが地球市民として視野を広げる素晴らしい機会となっています。

We have just completed the first half of our training at Ellesmere College, our sister school in New Zealand. We began our lives here with a warm welcome from the principal, instructors, and coordinators. Minami students are taking classes at Ellesmere College and are actively engaged. They are living with host families, as brothers and sisters, and as part of a family. This week, we are having a session introducing Japanese culture. This program is not just about language learning, but it is a great opportunity for the students to broaden their horizons as global citizens.
